Weekly Goals

I've decided every Sunday to post little goals so that all my readers can be sure to encourage me or kick me in the rear as they see fit! :)

1. Drink more water on the weekends... I do ok during the week; now I need to hop on the train during Saturdays and Sundays.

2. To work out at Curves 4 times this week.

3. No eating out... and if it's a must, then eat salad. :)


Starting slow so that's all for now! I hope you all have a wonderful week!

Or if you have to eat out, take 1/2 home for later, or order off the kids menu. you can do it shortie! :-)

Great goals! Start out small and improve! I've got to figure out what I need to be doing too!
